Consecrating the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
The U.S. bishops will consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
on Thursday, June 11, 2026, during their Spring Plenary Assembly in Orlando, FL. The historic Mass and Act of Consecration will be livestreamed at 3:00 p.m. Central Time (CT).

On October 24, 2024, Pope Francis issued the encyclical Dilexit Nos, reflecting on the human and divine love symbolized by the Heart of Jesus Christ.
On June 11, 2026, as part of the 250th anniversary celebration of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. bishops will consecrate the United States of America to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Parishes around the country are encouraged to join the bishops in celebrating the consecration of our nation to the Sacred Heart.
